Haunted Forest
Concept
The idea presented to us was to take the concept of a haunted forest and put our own spin on it. We had to create a base image in SketchUp, then render it in Kerkythea. Once we had a finished, rendered image, we were supposed to edit it in Photoshop CS6. Initially could not download any pre-made models in SketchUp, but due to time constraints, Mr. Chad lifted that restriction as long as we made the bulk of the model ourselves.

Rough Draft
This is the first model, which was made in SketchUp. I made the hill,
sign, and well, and I imported the trees and the silhouette of the girl
in the background. No rendering has been done yet, and the colors
are mostly grayscale with the exception of the well and sign.
This is the model after rendering work in Kerkythea. The colors have
been adjusted a bit, the well made a bit easier to see, and a water level
added to partially flood the environment.
Final Draft
This is the final image after adjustments were made in Photoshop CS6.
I adjusted the hue and saturation, added shadows, lightened the well,
and added a layer mask to make the area around the girl grayscale.
